Our goal is to provide clients with personalized, high-quality service. Our reputation is based on the service and advice we give to our customers, and the reliable systems we install and maintain. That reputation is extremely important to us since most of our clients have been obtained through referrals. Our goal is to provide and maintain quality computer systems that help maximize productivity and save money for our clients through:

	Communication Keeping the lines of communication open with our clients is our highest priority. We don't show up at a client site with a pre-determined solution. We work closely with our clients and listen to what they have to say so that the best solution is implemented. We also keep our clients informed of our progress and provide detailed invoices to ensure the clients know exactly what has been accomplished.
	Reliable Technologies It is extremely important to us that our clients' computer systems are up and running efficiently. Although all systems will eventually have problems, we take great pride in building reliable systems and networks. Many of our Unix servers haven't been rebooted for months. When a system does fail or data is lost, our clients' systems can be back up and running quickly because we spend time up front creating a backup plan.
	Money-Saving Technologies We take advantage of new technologies and free software that are safe and reliable to help our clients cut costs. Whether it is a faster server which will allow employees to do their work more efficiently or a voice-over-IP solution to reduce long distance charges, we are always looking for ways to cut costs for our clients.
